About the Role

As a Teammate, you will be providing support, often in a Technical Tier 1 profile. The role involves customer service activities and typically requires a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

While specific task details are not outlined, the role generally provides first-line support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution in a customer service environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Portuguese: B2+ proficiency (fluent written and spoken Portuguese is required).
    • English: B1+ proficiency.
  • Experience: A minimum of six months of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience. Technical experience (basic troubleshooting) is a plus.
  • Education: Graduates, gap-year students, drop-outs, and undergraduate students without educational commitments are eligible to apply.

Compensation and Work Details

  • KPIs: Variable KPIs are guaranteed for the first three months (Based on Adherence & Attendance only).
  • Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (Morning/Night/Overnight) with 5 working days and 2 days off.
  • Work Setup: Onsite (In-center).
  • Transportation: Provided.
