Portfolio Operations Lead Analyst - Express Scripts - Remote

Role Summary

This role manages operational and administrative tasks for portfolio execution, governance, and reporting. Maintains accuracy and consistency in intake, tracking, and communications, ensuring compliance with BPO standards.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Intake & Tracking

  • Support portfolio intake, ensuring submissions meet BPO standards.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio tracking documents.
  • Coordinate intake reviews and governance checkpoints.

Governance & Reporting Support

  • Prepare and maintain portfolio reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting tools.
  • Coordinate governance materials and action logs.

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Provide daily operational support and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as a central coordination point.

Process & Standards Enablement

  • Promote adherence to BPO standards and timelines.
  • Identify and report gaps or risks in processes.
  • Document and improve processes and templates.

Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Draft clear portfolio communications.
  • Support escalation and decision tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience with intake, tracking, and governance in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in collaboration/reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
