Portfolio Operation Specialist

Role Overview 
As a Portfolio Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of business analytics, project management, and process improvement. You’ll support the rollout of new portfolio management initiatives, drive adoption of innovative tools (including AI), and ensure seamless execution of EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) programs.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and document new EPMO initiatives, maintaining monthly adoption metrics and preparing actionable leadership reports 

  • Support pilot testing and documentation for AI tools tailored to project and portfolio managers 

  • Track and enhance community engagement, supporting logistics for key EPMO initiatives 

  • Manage communications, scheduling, and feedback collection for training and development sessions 

  • Update and maintain content on the EPMO website to ensure relevance and clarity 

  • Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, generate actionable business insights, and uncover opportunities for process improvement 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value portfolio performance insights 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data/Business Analytics, or related field 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills 

  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Power BI) a plus 

  • Interest in analytics, process improvement, and enterprise operations 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment 

  • Experience supporting technology adoption and engaging diverse stakeholders is highly valued
