Each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

About the role

The primary responsibility of the Port Compliance Supervisor is to serve as the key administrator and communicative link for ship logistics, immigration, customs and tour operator entities at each port of call to ensure a compliant arrival and departure from ports of call. 

What you will do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

Operational  

  •  
    • Serves as the key administrator and communication link for ship logistics, Immigration, and Customs at each port of call  
    • Acts as liaison between port agents, Immigration, customs officials, tour operators and ship departments  
    • Supports smooth port entry and clearance through proactive coordination  
    • Ensures compliance with all local laws, company policies, Public Health guidelines, environmental, safety standards, and brand requirements.  
    • Oversees and manages preparation of guest requirements for turnaround and in-transit ports and logistics for shore experiences and independent guests  
    • Oversees and manages guest movement, including pre- and in-voyage activities, and monitors guest sentiment  
    • Maintains accuracy, organization, and readiness of manifests and all ship documentation with strong attention to detail  
    • Holds accountability for both front- and back-of-house documentation processes  
    • Proactively reviews vessel deployment to ensure arrival compliance and operational readiness  
    • Tracks and analyses operational metrics, including guest manifesting, denied boarding, guest movement, and incident-related data to support decision-making  
    • Handles unforeseen guest situations and escalated concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution  

What you bring

  • Minimum of two (2) years of guest-facing service experience in a port agent, Immigration and Customs, or similar shipboard role  
  • Combination of education equivalent to a high school diploma or relevant education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities  
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance with a confident, warm, and welcoming demeaner  
  • Strong emotional intelligence with resourceful thinking and a practical understanding of conflict resolution  
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill the outlined key responsibilities and meet reasonable company expectations 

  

Preferred  

• Luxury Yacht or Cruise Ship Experience.  

• Fluency in additional language (s). 

Required computer skills  

  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) 
  • Knowledgeable in using onboard systems like Fidelio, Otalio

Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
