THE JOB:
As a Pool Receptionist at Mandalay Bay, you’ll be the first welcoming point of contact for guests entering one of the resort’s most iconic pool experiences. With professionalism and attention to detail, you’ll handle clerical and administrative duties while ensuring every interaction reflects MGM Resorts’ high guest service standards. Your organization, friendly presence, and commitment to excellence help set the tone for a smooth, enjoyable poolside experience from the moment guests arrive.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.00 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday required
Must be 18 Years of age or older
