About the Role
The POS Department Summer Internship Programme provides undergraduate students with hands-on exposure to policy administration and operational support functions within an insurance environment. The internship emphasizes operational accuracy, governance, and regulatory awareness in accordance with insurance regulatory and internal control requirements.Responsibilities:
Assist in daily POS operations, including policy administration and maintenance activities
Support data preparation, validation, and basic analysis for operational and management reporting
Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Prepare and update process documentation, operational guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Participate in process reviews to enhance operational efficiency, risk control, and compliance effectiveness
Support tasks related to regulatory compliance, such as data checking, record keeping, and control evidence preparation
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisors
Minimum Job Requirements:
Undergraduate students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Accounting, or related disciplines
Strong attention to detail with a structured and responsible working approach
Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle confidential information responsibly
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong sense of accountability and compliance awareness
Available to work full-time during the internship period (Jun–Aug 2026)
