Portfolio Management
Keep project status reporting organized and up to date across the Synergy portfolio so leadership always has a clear picture.
Manage specific project portfolios - from intake through closure - making sure work follows our standards and nothing falls through the cracks.
Run training and onboarding for project leaders and end users on how we work and the tools we use.
Project Management
Own the execution of strategic company initiatives - build the plan, manage the timeline, and keep teams moving.
Develop detailed project plans that account for dependencies, resources, and risks.
Keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable to what they’ve committed to.
Spot problems early and deal with them before they become bigger issues.
Close projects properly: run post-mortems and bring back what you learned.
Drive Operational Excellence
Look for things that slow projects down and build better, more repeatable ways of doing them.
Help establish the rhythms that keep work on track - planning cycles, reporting cadences, standing meetings.
Bring structure to how decisions are documented and shared.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning where relevant.
Stakeholder Communication
Keep leadership and key stakeholders informed with clear, honest updates.
Facilitate conversations that help teams reach decisions and move forward.
Be straight with people about timelines, trade-offs, and what’s realistic.
Build relationships across teams so that collaboration actually happens.
Essential
2–4 years in project management, program management, business operations, or consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and a track record of following through
Comfortable using data to inform decisions and explain what’s happening
Clear communicator who can work effectively with people at different levels
Able to handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities without losing the thread
Desirable
CAPM or PMP certification, or active coursework toward it
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management tools
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Salary Range : $96,500 - $130,500
