What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is hiring a PMO Manager to join one of our Department of State teams to lead and enhance governance processes across the public diplomacy technology portfolio. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic alignment, process improvement, and lifecycle management for IT governance. The candidate will work with government counterparts to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Lead the creation and ongoing management of the enterprise governance processes and cadences.
Oversee the monitoring and continuous improvement of the IT governance lifecycle.
Update and manage the process improvement roadmap regularly.
Provide strategic insights to align projects with evolving organizational goals.
Provide oversight and management to team on the ground
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
SEVEN (7) years of experience in Program Management or IT Governance
PMP certification or equivalent
Expertise in federal IT governance and CPIC processes
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Background in Technical Business Management (TBM).
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with the Department of State
Experience working in cross-functional teams or large organizations
