Overview:
You will be part of a growing team providing programme management / PMO services within the JLL APAC Regional PMO Group. You will have the opportunity to work on portfolios of projects with prestigious Clients, developing your skills within JLL’s career framework . In doing so you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised at times showing initiative, whilst inspiring confidence in your interactions with both Internal and External Clients, Stakeholders and Partners.
You will have a strong background in construction project management, have prior experience working within a PMO covering capital projects and have worked with governance heavy clients in the financial, oil and gas or other sector where rigorous compliance and health and safety is required. This role requires a clear understanding of governance and reporting standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional global teams.
Job Summary:
The PMO MIS Lead is responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to project and programme management within the client organisation. This role involves developing data models, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making and improve project performance. The PMO MIS Lead will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure data-driven project management practices across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various sources to support project and programme management activities.
Data Analysis: Analyse project data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate project performance and status to stakeholders.
Data Modelling: Create and maintain data models to support project forecasting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with project managers and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide relevant insights.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis processes to improve project management practices. Be aware of and propose new technologies and techniques to evolve reporting quality, timeliness and accuracy
Compliance: Ensure data management practices comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a project management or PMO environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Specific Skills Required:
Data Analysis: Expertise in analysing complex data sets to generate insights and recommendations.
Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating clear and effective data visualizations to communicate findings.
Statistical Analysis: Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques to analyse project data.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and practices preferably in international or cross-regional contexts
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present data findings to senior level stakeholders globally.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address data-related issues and challenges.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
