The Position

Shape the future of digital manufacturing with us! As a PMO Lead in our dynamic team, you will take on a key role at one of Roche Diagnostics' most modern production sites in Ludwigsburg. Your strategic project tasks will directly contribute to the success of the company-wide ASPIRE project, which drives our vision to sustainably improve healthcare and change patients' lives through innovations in diagnostics.

The Opportunity

  • Take on responsibility: You will lead and coordinate all Project Management Office (PMO) activities at the Ludwigsburg site, ensuring the successful implementation of global and local ASPIRE project goals.

  • Optimize processes: You will drive process improvements and manage key PMO processes such as risk management, change control, and reporting.

  • Build networks: You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to overcome challenges and ensure the smooth execution of projects.

  • Lead deployment: You are a central point of contact for deployment for both the business teams and the PMO team, ensuring the successful achievement and integration of solutions.

  • Drive solutions: You will work in the project and at the interface between the project and manufacturing/business to implement innovative solutions for our production landscape.

Who you are

You are an experienced project manager who convinces others with your personality and expertise. You are motivated, proactive, and love to make things happen in a dynamic environment.

  • Education & Experience: You hold a university degree and bring several years of professional experience in IT project management, in leading global projects, and in navigating a complex matrix organization. ASPIRE experience is a plus.

  • Project Management Expertise: You have a proven track record in managing large project streams with extensive operational experience (including managing central PMO processes such as risk, scope, change, and reporting management). You possess a solid understanding of recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, SAFe, PRINCE2) as well as a fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure and CSV.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: You are able to build sustainable relationships, interact effectively with stakeholders across all levels, and act confidently in conflict situations. Your fluent English skills are essential for collaboration in a global environment. German language skills are an advantage.

  • Matrix Organization & Leadership: You have proven experience in effective collaboration, governance, and leadership within a complex matrix organization, and you take the lead in managing change processes.

  • Problem-solving & Agility: You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply mature judgment, and you navigate change processes with ease. You are highly adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Digital and Organizational Expertise: You are highly proficient in the use of digital PMO and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, Trello) and have strong organizational and logistical skills.

Travel (up to an average of 30%) is required for this position.

Duration: This position is temporary until 30.04.2027.
