In strategic workforce planning at PwC, you will focus on analysing and forecasting the organisation's current and future workforce needs. You will play a crucial role in analysing if the organisation has the right people with the right skills in the right positions to achieve its strategic objectives. Additionally, you will analyse data, forecast future needs, develop strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise the workforce and drive organisational success.

About the role

As a PMO Delivery Senior Associate, you will support the successful execution of client engagements by providing structured project governance, reporting, and operational support across transformation programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support project and program managers across project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
  • Develop and maintain key PMO artefacts including:
  • Project plans and schedules
  • RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Governance reports and executive dashboards
  • Resource and budget trackers
  • Track and communicate project health, milestones, and delivery metrics
  • Support financial tracking and engagement economics, including budget monitoring and forecasting
  • Coordinate workstreams across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance processes remain accurate, consistent, and up to date
  • Support Steering Committee and leadership reporting
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure effective follow-through of actions and decisions
  • Apply PMO best practices and delivery standards across engagements
  • Support projects across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Utilize project portfolio management (PPM) and collaboration tools to manage delivery reporting and documentation

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
  • 3–8 years of PMO or project management experience within consulting, professional services, or large transformation programs
  • Experience supporting technology delivery or transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle)
  • Experience supporting Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Technology projects is preferred
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and program management frameworks
  • Experience working across regional or global delivery environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Experience using PMO or project management tools (e.g., Clarizen, Cora, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance PMO reporting and delivery efficiency is a plus.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.

Additional Responsibilities

Team Support

  • Provide guidance and support to junior PMO team members where required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO delivery processes and templates

Business Development Support (Grow the business)

  • Support proposal development and pursuit activities where relevant
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen the PMO CoE capability
