The PMO Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the CWT Transition and Unification program within Amex GBT. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a solid background in process mapping and PMO functions. The analyst will help drive reporting accuracy, operational transparency, and process efficiency across a large and complex portfolio of work.

This role is integral to creating stability across the program through consistent reporting, dependency management, and the design of efficient data processes that support leadership decision making.

What You’ll Do :   

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed process maps using Visio, leveraging a strong foundational understanding of business processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the CWT and Amex GBT landscape to ensure processes are clearly understood, documented, and aligned.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using multiple and varied data sources to support program reporting, resource visibility, financial tracking, and operational decision making.
• Apply advanced Excel and Power Query capabilities — including data transformation, automation, and model refresh — to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable reporting outputs.
• Manage and enhance financial models supporting forecasting and actuals, ensuring integrity in financial reporting and alignment with program deliverables.
• Proficient in using PowerPoint to create leadership materials.
• Proficiency in leveraging SharePoint and Smartsheet to support project managers and produce comprehensive reports is essential for this position.
• Lead the identification and analysis of dependencies across the GTES workstreams within the CWT Transition portfolio.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for dashboard development and data model improvements.

What We’re Looking For :

• Degree in a business, management, technology, or analytics field
• PRINCE2 / P3O certifications preferred
• 1–3 years in PMO, project coordination, business analysis, or similar
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, multi‑source data integration).
• Advanced Excel, especially Power Query, automation, and complex data transformations.
• Skilled in Visio with proven experience in process mapping and operational design.
• Experience managing and maintaining forecasting and actuals financial models.
• Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance standards, and reporting cycles.
