Role: PMO Analyst
Experience Level: 2-4 Years
Work location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:
● Perform resource planning and allocation
● Internal talent pool and bench management
● Internal resource demand-supply management
● Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability & project
requirements.
● Create and deliver reports on bench, utilization, allocation, roll-off metrics
● Drive resource management processes
● Collaborate on resource Management with Internal departments
● Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments & Engagement.
● Partner and build relationships with business leaders to drive efficient resource allocation.

Must have skills:
● Excellent communication skills (significant communication involved with employees andstakeholders)
● Good in Excel - preferably on google sheets
● Basic understanding of resourcing/recruitment workflows
● Leadership skills & Stakeholder Management
● Conflict resolution and problem-solving
● Business insights
● Relationship building and collaboration
● Team player, Learning focussed, passionate & solution-oriented

● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
● Effective communication and networking
● Good to have - understanding of services business model; understanding of tech stacks that are needed in the delivery of data/analytics/ML-AI projects.
