We are looking for an experienced PLM Project leader to enhance our existing team. In this role you will be is responsible for managing all aspects of PLM implementation and optimization initiatives.
Your role will be to ensure operational implementation, structuring deployment plans, and managing change with the business teams.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deployment of PLM roadmaps for AutoStores Product team
- Define the schedule, coordinate necessary deliverables, and lead Go/No Go Gate Reviews during project start up phases.
- Monitor deployments, identify improvement opportunities, and frame requests for evolution (software, methodologies, data).
- Lead change management with business and technical teams.
- Manage project teams and ensure cross-functional coordination within AutoStores Product and Operations teams
- Define and monitor project success factory and KPI’s
- Produce clear and structured reporting to management committees.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager using PLM and CAx technologies, preferrable Siemens Teamcenter / NX
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, including business leaders, project teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment with project goals,
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation
- Allocate and manage project resources, including resources, budget, and technical infrastructure, to ensure the successful execution of PLM initiatives
- Lead change management efforts to facilitate the enhancement of our Teamcenter PLM implementation at AutoStore
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders,
- Experience with English is our official working language, so a proficient level in English is a requirement.
