SUMMARY: 

 

Responsible for defining technological direction of the organization while aligning it to the overall business strategy. The focus is on technology advancement balanced with systems that are scalable, sustainable and secure that adopt industry best practices while aligning to organizational needs. Understands business objectives and translates them into strategy and execution of specific systems, processes for solutions. Proposes, develops concepts, designs, and advises on implementations of total systems. 

 

YOUR IMPACT  

  • Leads, through influence, a technical team in developing solutions to complex business problems with a single technology. 

  • Possess strong technical and financial modeling architect within the organization. 

  • Makes decisions on operating procedures, analytical approaches and work-flow. 

  • Strong Expertise in technology system or platform (eCommerce, Digital Manufacturing, Security, ERP, Integration, Automation, Emerging Technologies, Cloud, Digital Engineering) 

  • Focuses on specific technology or set of technologies. 

  • Provides technical leadership for development and Systems Analysis teams. 

  • Defines best practices standards and ensures adherence to them. 

  • Hands on approach to designing and implementing technical solutions. 

  • Optimize the technical application to business process and expand to drive adoption. 

  • Other duties as assigned.  

  • Regular attendance is required. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Bachelors degree with seven (7) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. 

 

 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field 

Pay Range:

$103,300.00 - $177,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
