Below is the job description for open position

Process expertise and technical contribution

• Manage the installation of 2 new processes in Linxens Changi, with surface activation preclean and copper plating electrolytic, evaluation of supplier in Singapore or ASEAN, qualification of the 2 processes according to previous qualification in Linxens France, and ramp up of production for key defined customers,
• Qualify suppliers in Changi, prepare material/chemical specifications with Quality department,
• Describe, define and ensure process control activities such characterization of surface activation and compliance prior to electrolytic copper plating, with tests such DTV Chain cell and activation bath conformity
• Work closely with chemical laboratory to install new bath control and survey over time to ensure process stability and understanding in Changi,
• Prepare process FMEA and maintenance control and time evolution control for contact roller, rectifiers, …
• Define and set up product semifinished control and characterization with lab, cross sections, and plated holes electrical continuity with reliability testing standard as per ASTM methods.
• Work in close relationship with various production workshops in particular with Nickel/gold plating to characterize the finish product tape DPSTH and conformity of the chain Copper plating + nickel/gold plating

Continuous improvement

• Lead process industrial excellence initiatives covering cost improvement, capacity & EHS conformance,
• Continuously look for opportunities for improving and make stable the additive copper process performance,
• Work closely with counterparts in France to derive, exchange and implement best practices, tests methods, laboratories control protocols,
• Drive and improve process capabilities Cp, Cpk with quality and reliability testing,
• Develop capacity and find opportunities to develop cost reduction roadmap, once process is stabilized,
• Recommend and administer policies, methods and procedures to ensure process capability.
• Understand and manage process changes in accordance with the process change request
