8+ years in software development, including 5+ years in software architecture and Java technical leadership.
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience building data pipelines with Kafka, including internals, retries, failures, and scaling.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, scalable system design, and building distributed enterprise-grade applications.
Experience in designing and implementing non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, performance, and security.
Experienced in handling high data volumes, designing analytics dashboards, and setting up monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.
Good to have experience with end-to-end enterprise observability pipelines, including monitoring agents, log aggregation, distributed tracing, and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of setting up logging pipelines using ELK stack or OpenSearch.
Expertise in at least any one Graph database like Noe4j, Memrgraph, Tigergraph or any.
Hand-on working on Linux systems through command line.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, distributed microservices and data pipeline architectures.
Ensure systems meet non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security.
Build and maintain analytics dashboards and monitoring solutions.
Lead and mentor development teams while contributing as an individual contributor when required.
Work closely with clients to gather requirements and present system architectures.
Drive adoption of observability, logging, and monitoring best practices across the platform.
