Minimum Qualifications
• Master's in mechanical engineering with specialization in Engineering Design/CAD/CAM/ Structural design/FEA from reputed university
• Min 3+ years' experience in structural design and analysis (Static, Material non-linearity, Boundary non-linearity - Contact, Vibration and Shock)
• Must Proficiency in Ansys Workbench and ABAQUS
• Hands-on experience in testing and correlating analysis results
• Hands-on experience in Failure root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge on automation to improve productivity/Quality/efficiency
• Proficiency in tolerance analysis, GD and T
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Global experience with ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability and willingness to challenge conventional design process
• Ability to work in fast-paced and Dynamic environment.
• Understanding of manufacturability and scalability in product designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Work experience in electronics industry
- Hands on experience in 3D modeling and detailed design using Creo
- Knowledge on electronics cooling requirements and cooling system design
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex structural and mechanical challenges.
- Track record of disciplined execution, leading projects to successful completion within defined timelines.
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving in the mechanical design space.
