Are you passionate about firmware, Linux, and solving real-world technical challenges? Do you want to work on cutting-edge Intel platforms that power future smart factories, smart cities, hospitals, classrooms, and retail systems? Join our Platform SW Enabling team as Software Enabling and Optimization Engineer and help shape the future of edge computing. What You'll Do includes- Dive deep into boot firmware technologies and help customers build their platforms using our reference boards.- Troubleshoot and replicate complex issues reported by customers across industries.- Create and deliver technical collaterals (release notes, BKC, user guides, scripts, how-tos) for firmware, Windows / Linux system.- Deliver training sessions to software vendors and customers to ensure smooth adoption of new features.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative edge solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar programming languages.Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting (bonus to team)Familiarity with Intel architecture, AI solutions, or GenAI applications is a strong plus.A curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to solve real-world problems.
