Join our Platform SW Enabling team as Software Enabling and Optimization Engineer and help shape the future of edge computing. What You'll Do includes- Dive deep into boot firmware technologies and help customers build their platforms using our reference boards.- Troubleshoot and replicate complex issues reported by customers across industries.- Create and deliver technical collaterals (release notes, BKC, user guides, scripts, how-tos) for firmware, Windows / Linux system.- Deliver training sessions to software vendors and customers to ensure smooth adoption of new features.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative edge solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar programming languages.Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting (bonus to team)Familiarity with Intel architecture, AI solutions, or GenAI applications is a strong plus.A curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to solve real-world problems.
