Platform Reporting & Process Improvement Analyst (Fixed Term) (to December 2026)

The Platform Reporting & Process Improvement Analyst provides analytical and automation support to enhance platform efficiency and transparency. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting platform data using Python and REST APIs, while identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement. The analyst will design and implement automated solutions to streamline reporting and support data-driven decision-making. The analyst collaborates with platform and operations teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting integrity, and continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities include developing scripts and tools for data aggregation, creating dashboards and reports, and recommending process enhancements based on insights. While exposure to infrastructure technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible is beneficial, the primary focus will be on automation and reporting. The analyst will also contribute to efficiency improvements through scripting and integration with platform services, supporting initiatives that enhance operational visibility and performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop Python scripts to collect and process data from various REST APIs.
• Build automated reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the platform team.
• Analyze platform processes and propose improvements based on data-driven findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Document scripts, workflows, and reporting processes for maintainability.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of REST API integration and data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Power BI, Tableau).
• Previous work in process improvement or reporting roles.

Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan) : $67,700 - 86,800
