As part of a collaborative, cross-functional group, you’ll work with experts in UX, technology, and business to deliver solutions that make a real impact.

As the B2B Platform Manager, you’ll own and implement strategic initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery of integrated solutions. You’ll act as a connector and coordinator by driving transparency, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, all while keeping the user at the center of every decision.

Responsibilities

Set the Vision & Roadmap
Own and evolve the platform roadmap, ensuring every initiative aligns with our mission to deliver seamless, high-impact B2B experiences.

Drive Cross-Team Collaboration
Connect teams, break down silos, and resolve dependencies so everyone moves forward together. Escalate and navigate resource, budget, or planning issues with clarity and urgency.

Champion User-Centric Solutions
Define and refine business requirements with stakeholders, always challenging assumptions and keeping the user at the center of every decision. Work hand-in-hand with UX designers to map user journeys, validate concepts, and champion usability. Apply frameworks like Design Thinking and Double Diamond to guide discovery and delivery.

Deliver with Discipline
Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Manage Risk & Enable Growth
Proactively identify and manage risks related to design, planning, quality, and resources. Making sure nothing stands in the way of progress.

Your profile

You are a connector and a builder. Energized by solving complex problems and bringing people together. Your commercial acumen is matched by deep empathy for users, and you thrive on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and challenging the status quo. You communicate with clarity, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, and you’re relentless in your pursuit of excellence and impact.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate work across multiple teams without direct line management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expertise in roadmap planning, risk management, and governance.
  • Familiarity with B2B digital platforms.
  • UX awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks, funnel analysis, or growth metrics is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
