The role of Platform Engineers is to design, build, run and evolve tools, infrastructure, templates and capabilities to deliver business value, and write code to drive automation in running our infrastructure and environments.

You will be part of a team building the next generation of the bank’s customer data platform. As a Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and operating the tools, infrastructure, and platforms that enable our engineers to deliver software reliably, securely, and efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with product and platform teams to deliver scalable, observable, and secure infrastructure, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.

Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to design and implement platform capabilities that improve developer experience and operational excellence.
Have experience building and operating internal developer platforms with a focus on automation, self-service, and reliability.
Contributes to the delivery of platform tooling using Agile methodologies and cloud-native technologies.
Are skilled in debugging and resolving issues across distributed systems.
Can communicate clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Can contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
This is a highly technical role requiring deep expertise across platform engineering disciplines. You’ll be a great fit if you have experience in:
Working with AWS and cloud-native architecture.
Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Writing automation and tooling in Bash, Python, or Golang.
Managing containerized environments using ECS and/or EKS.
Implementing observability solutions using tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch.
Applying platform security principles, including IAM and automated compliance controls.
Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality, reliable platform capabilities.
