Our PW solution spans multiple core components, including a Linux-based platform core and an SMO cloud-based solution. The Engineering Customer Success (ECS) group is seeking a Platform and Cloud Systems Engineer to lead platform and cloud debugging, architecture, and customer-facing technical activities.
In this role, you will become the go-to expert for issues and requirements arising from the field. You will take ownership of platform and cloud initiatives-from triaging customer issues to defining new features and architectures that address customer needs.
