Plant Supervisor – Camden Concrete
We are looking for a Plant Supervisor to join our team in Camden. This is a key role ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete and mortar production facility, delivering high-quality products to meet customer requirements while maintaining safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Order Office, plant staff, and customers to ensure production meets customer requirements and achieves optimum output, quality, and standards.
- Regularly inspect and ensure plant routine maintenance is carried out, maintaining cleanliness of plant mechanisms, areas, buildings, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage waste disposal, water discharge, and dust emissions in line with Environmental Procedures.
- Ensure sufficient materials are available for production and inspect incoming materials.
- Conduct weekly visual stock checks of all materials.
- Ensure all employees, contractors, and visitors comply with safety instructions.
- Continuously review work methods and plant utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Keep knowledge up to date and attend training as required.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management.
