What You'll Be Doing
- Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production.
- Monitor material flow and perform routine checks to maintain consistent product quality.
- Assist with maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform accurate recordkeeping and communicate operational issues promptly.
- Support overall site safety by following established procedures and identifying potential hazards.
What Are We Looking For
- Capability to operate or learn to operate industrial and mobile equipment safely.
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team setting.
- Dependability and attention to detail in completing operational and maintenance activities.
- Willingness to learn plant processes and adapt to changing operational needs.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
