What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
- Conduct routine inspections and adjustments to maintain equipment performance
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Follow safety procedures and operational standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members to support daily production goals
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial or mobile equipment
- Strong understanding of safety practices and situational awareness
- Mechanical aptitude with the capability to identify and address issues
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and work collaboratively
- Dependable and adaptable with a focus on quality and efficiency
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
