What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of quarry plant equipment to support safe, continuous operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues involving conveyors, crushers, screens, and fixed plant systems
- Execute welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to repair and modify equipment and structures
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and complete corrective actions to reduce downtime
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance team members while following all safety and environmental standards
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability in industrial mechanical maintenance within a quarry, mining, or heavy industrial setting
- Strong working knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal fabrication techniques
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and apply effective mechanical solutions
- Consistent commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a plant environment
- Capacity to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced operation
Work Environment
This position is based in an active quarry and plant setting and involves working around heavy equipment, moving machinery, variable outdoor conditions, and elevated work areas while following established safety procedures and protocols.
