Job Description:

As a Plant HRBP, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by

  • Drives local execution of people priorities for local manufactory sites while providing feedback to leadership team on critical local issues (staffing, turnover, terminations, restructuring, development)
  • Provides coaching to site people leaders and employees to ensure they are supported and relevant actions are in place.
  • Lead and/or participate in the delivery of complex and global projects in support of manufactory objectives
  • Provide expertise on strategic workforce planning, including identifying current and anticipated capabilities and aligning the appropriate strategies to address (e.g., internal capability building, external talent acquisition strategies, etc.)
  • Leverage strong project management capability by leading diverse HR projects across multiple disciplines
  • Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to meet specific or nuanced needs within local MFG sites
  • Grants full compliance with the local labor laws

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields preferred.
  • Experience:​≥10 years of manufacturing HR experience, with at least 1-2 years of specialized factory worker recruitment experience. Dual-factory/multi-site HR management experience is a plus.
  • Solid full-module HR expertise, with strong proficiency in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Familiar with labor laws and manufacturing employment characteristics; strong labor risk prevention awareness and skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities; ability to respond quickly to factory needs and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational planning skills; capable of independently conducting recruitment, training and employee activities.
  • Proficient in Office (Excel, PPT, Word) with basic data analysis skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and resilience; able to adapt to on-site work at both factories (reasonable commuting acceptable).
  • Calm, approachable and skilled in collaborating with factory employees (workers, front-line managers, directors).
  • Strong sense of principle, with good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
  • Travel: May include up 30% domestic
