Position Summary:
This onsite Human Resources role supports plant employees and the Plant Management Team through employee relations, timekeeping, recruiting and onboarding, policy compliance, and performance and disciplinary support.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, questions, and workplace issues
- Administer timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
- Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation for plant employees
- Support performance management and employee disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain personnel records and HR systems data
- Assist employees with benefits and leave administration
- Perform other HR duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 yr degree in HR or related field preferred
- Internship or relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office and overall technology skills
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred or similar ATS preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment

Salary:
- $55k-$70k base, negotiable dependent on experience, with additional monthly bonus tied to productivity and profits
