What You’ll Be Doing
- Support plant operations through safe and efficient material handling
- Assist with equipment cleanup, maintenance, and basic operational tasks
- Monitor production areas and promptly report issues
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safe work practices
- Perform general labor duties to ensure continuous, reliable plant operations
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions
- Willingness to learn plant processes and operate tools/equipment as trained
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
