Responsibilities:
- Analyze production cost, labor costs and indirect expenses as well as cost of sales by product and customer.
- Analyze the profit margin by product and sales reports, production costs, raw material purchases.
- Record accruals according to the business needs.
- Prepares weekly closing inventories in the SAP system.
- Evaluates and analyzes information on the costs incurred in the acyivities generated by tooling for new projects and follows up on deviations agains the standard and monitors it with all project managers.
- Participate in inventory management system and materials.
- Coordinate the wall to wall and cycle count inventories on the plant.
- Supervises the capture of production and cost generation reports.
- Development of the annual budget in conjunction with the management team of the plant.
- Ensures the monitoring and explanation of variations agains the budget on a regular basis, providing feedback to the organization on desviations, risks and action plans to meet the budget, valuation studies of the new capital investments, new projects.
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance/Accounting.
Accounting, Costs, Controlling/Budgeting
SAP ERP, Office Package, Advanced Excel
