About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Specialist Junior to join our Planning Department at Zentiva. In this role, you will support production planning activities for your assigned product portfolio and help ensure high customer service levels and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.

What You Will Do
Production Planning & Coordination
- Create and manage production plans for finished goods and bulk products, taking into account machine and workforce capacity.
- Identify potential risks of product shortages and propose short- and mid-term corrective actions.
- Optimize production sequencing to minimize product unavailability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Purchasing to secure timely material availability.
- Communicate product availability and demand changes with Customer Care.
- Maintain and support product life cycle management in SAP.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Actively influence key site KPIs such as Customer Service Level, Inventory, OEE, and OTIF.
- Lead initiatives to reduce work-in-progress (WIP) for bulk and unreleased finished products.
- Support continuous improvement activities within production planning processes.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Follow GMP standards and participate in regular trainings.
- Comply with HSE/ESMS policies and internal safety regulations.
- Report any suspected adverse events related to medicinal products or medical devices.
- Adhere to company policies, Code of Ethics, and internal procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
