Administrative Functions
Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related field
Completion of the Municipal Administration Program through AMCTO is preferred
One (1) year experience in a municipal Planning or Building Department is preferred
Additional Skills
Able to demonstrate practical knowledge in general office administration
Familiar with municipal policies and procedures
Proficient in Windows based software including Word and Outlook
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and within a team in a fast paced office environment
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem solving and dispute resolution skills
Hourly Rate: $27.01-$33.77/hr
