The Planning & Sales Enablement Intern will support GE HealthCare's LATAM commercial team by assisting with sales planning, data analysis, and the development of sales enablement materials to optimize sales performance and strategy across the region.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the LATAM market.
* Support the creation and updating of sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for various mechanisms.
* Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools, presentations, and training materials for the LATAM sales force.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather information and ensure alignment on commercial strategies.
* Help organize and prepare for regional sales meetings, workshops, and business reviews.
* Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes, customer needs, and emerging trends in the healthcare industry across LATAM.
* Support the implementation and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales effectiveness.
* Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Planning and Sales Enablement team.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Portuguese, English and/or Spanish.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred), Power BI.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
* Demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry and commercial operations.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
