Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Go to Market (GTM) Communications, the Planning & Operations Lead serves as a central coordinator across all global markets. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring alignment across planning, budgeting, reporting, and business execution.
 

As a key member of the team, this individual will bridge gaps across financial management, performance tracking, and program operations - enabling the organization to operate with greater clarity, discipline, and impact. Core responsibilities include strategic planning, budget oversight, KPI reporting, and facilitation of business reviews.
 

This role requires exceptional organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional, with strong judgment and discretion. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong written communication skills, is highly desirable.
 

Key Responsibilities

Budget Management

  • Lead global budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing management (including LTP)
  • Monitor spend against forecasts and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and financial controls
  • Serve as primary liaison with Finance and Marketing Operations
  • Oversee and track team travel budget

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage SOW and PO processes, including approvals and compliance
  • Track invoices and ensure alignment with budget management systems (BMS)
  • Partner with agency teams on PO management and quarterly Proof of Execution (POE)

Metrics & Reporting

  • Develop executive-level KPI summaries (quarterly and YoY)
  • Drive annual playbook development across markets
  • Lead quarterly and annual reporting processes
  • Serve as back up resource for CO Portal updates

Business Reviews (QBRs/QBWs)

  • Coordinate inputs across geographic markets
  • Support development of executive presentations and materials

Events

  • Support execution of key Tier 0 corporate events (e.g., One HP, Amplify)
  • Coordinate speaker and panel logistics and communications
  • Manage GTM Communications staffing plans
  • Support media and analyst program logistics

Education, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Communications, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience within a technology company or global brand
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to engage effectively across all levels, including senior leadership
  • Agile, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organization
  • Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint). HTML proficiency a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready content

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
