How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a Planning Manager – Bulk Liquid to lead the planning and execution of milk, cream and by product movements across our manufacturing network.

This is a critical, high visibility role responsible for ensuring optimised bulk liquid planning across our network, supporting production targets, service outcomes and commercial returns. The role offers location flexibility, with the option to be based at Head Office in Melbourne or at one of our regional manufacturing sites in Allansford, Cobram or Leongatha.

  • Lead end to end bulk liquid planning across multiple sites
  • Together with S&OP, forecast and optimise overall network plans
  • Manage arrangements with both internal and external stakeholders, including industry partner relationships
  • Run daily and weekly planning rhythms with manufacturing and logistics teams
  • Provide visibility of milk solids inventory, KPIs and metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools and reporting
  • Lead and develop a team of 2 planners

About You

You’re a confident planner who thrives in complexity and ambiguity and can make sound decisions with incomplete information.

  • Experience in supply, production or network planning within FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including external partners
  • Advanced Excel capability (Power Query essential); Power BI highly regarded
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, delegate and perform under pressure
  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business or similar
  • Dairy or bulk liquids experience, S&OP/ IBP exposure, SAP planning systems (desirable)
