Position Summary You will join our Americas Planning & Forecasting Hub in Costa Rica. You will prepare and maintain financial forecasts, build reports, and support monthly planning cycles. You will work closely with planning leads and in-market finance teams. We value curiosity, teamwork, and clear communication. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and models for assigned markets. - Create and update management reports and dashboards to support leadership decision making. - Support the core commercial cycle, including data uploads, reconciliations and system sanity checks. - Perform variance analysis versus budget, prior forecasts and actuals, and explain key drivers. - Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance and planning teams. - Support process improvements and small projects to increase data quality and forecasting efficiency. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field (completed or near completion). - 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, or commercial finance. - Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation. - Experience building simple financial models and preparing management reports. - English level intermediate (B2) to support cross-country collaboration. - This role is hybrid: two days on-site per week in Costa Rica, with remaining time remote. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience with financial planning systems such as SAP or consensus forecasting tools. - Knowledge of budgeting cycles and demand review processes in a multinational environment. - Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools. - Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences finance. - Advanced Excel skills including macros or Power Query. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and to present analysis clearly to non-finance audiences.
