The purpose of this role is to lead a team of media planners and ensure that best practice is adhered to in their day to day roles, workloads are managed and to provide leadership to the team when dealing with publishers, strategists and planning teams

Purpose of the Role 

A valued member of iProspect Global, this role sits in the central planning team of one of the world’s most prestigious premium auto brands, helping them to create one voice and one customer experience across Europe. Your job is to keep raising the bar of planning excellence, owning the pan-regional planning responses for launches and tactical campaigns, as well as working fluidly with local markets and the scaled activation team to deliver networked intelligence and decision making.  

We need you to ask the right questions - how we performing? how are we innovating? Where can we unlock efficiency? where can we take this brand next to connect with their future audiences 

What you’ll do 

  • Establish and further develop international campaign architectures, including playbooks and governance. 

  • Advise global and local stakeholders on KPIs, budget allocation, media mix, and optimization approaches 

  • Own “clustered” regional media plans and ensure they delivers against strategy 

  • Oversee market enrichment of the centrally developed plans to ensure they stay within guardrails 

  • Oversee best practice planning excellence into activation  

  • Be the BAU point of contact for the media clients across Europe 

What you’ll bring 

  • Resilience and diplomacy 

  • Strong media planning skills (all channels)  

  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and deliver global to local media consultancy 

  • Familiarity with planning tools, methodologies and consumer research 

  • Passion for innovation, transformation and creative approaches to engage audiences 

  • Multi-market planning experience and/or B2B experience

This is a permanent role . The core team is based from our London office but this role can work anywhere in Europe and be fully remote if necessary.
