About the role:

Lendlease NSW, are currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our team in Sydney and support the delivery of a major, long-term project.

Working closely with our Senior Construction Manager, and the wider project team, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of integrated project plans and programs, and assisting with projects status updates, program reporting, implementation of production controls and critical path analysis, using Primavera P6 software.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, and maintaining project plans, reports, charts, schedules, databases and records to provide up to date and accurate information for decision making.

  • Providing in the analysis (e.g. risk, spreadsheet, resources, curves) and monitoring of project programs.

  • Maintaining and updating the Project Master Schedule and other site schedules using your experience to identify opportunities at all levels.

  • Regular reporting on program to key stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Perform planning activities which may include undertaking research and document preparation to provide support within established planning guidelines.

To be successful, you will need:

  • 5+ years’ experience, in the construction industry, with experience on building/construction projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, Government).

  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls and program benchmarking.

  • Advanced Primavera P6 skills.

  • Be able to graphically represent program methodology, and present and communicate the program to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.

  • High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.

  • High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
