ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning) and SAP APO (CTM, SNP) solutions.
- Serve as the hands-on functional expert for system configuration, process mapping, master data, and troubleshooting.
- Manage integration of planning and procurement processes in IBP, APO and SAP systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver optimized SAP solutions.
- Drive enhancements and innovation to improve forecast accuracy, supply planning efficiency, and procurement visibility.
- Support and sustain existing planning and procurement systems, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity.
- Manage configuration changes, testing, documentation, and release management.
- Coordinate with technical development teams for custom enhancements, interfaces, and performance tuning.
- Oversee system upgrades, regression testing, and end-user training activities.
