ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning) and SAP APO (CTM, SNP) solutions.
  • Serve as the hands-on functional expert for system configuration, process mapping, master data, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage integration of planning and procurement processes in IBP, APO and SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver optimized SAP solutions.
  • Drive enhancements and innovation to improve forecast accuracy, supply planning efficiency, and procurement visibility.
  •  Support and sustain existing planning and procurement systems, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Manage configuration changes, testing, documentation, and release management.
  • Coordinate with technical development teams for custom enhancements, interfaces, and performance tuning.
  • Oversee system upgrades, regression testing, and end-user training activities.
  •  Support and sustain existing planning and procurement systems, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity.

  • Oversee system upgrades, regression testing, and end-user training activities.
  •  Hands-on configuration experience preferred; ability to independently resolve functional issues and design new capabilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)

  • Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
  • Extensive use of office equipment and other business-related machines and software.
