Overview and Key Functions
We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatch management, costs and personnel management.
The Dispatch Supervisor, based in Bogotá (Colombia), will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring and delivering orders in a timely manner, in full compliance with the delivery conditions agreed with the customer at national and international level and in line with the company's distribution strategy.
Key responsibilities
Efficiently manage the dispatch of finished products.
Control the dispatch of finished products in accordance with what has been authorised by the portfolio and sales departments.
Ensure that finished products are dispatched in optimal conditions.
Support the purchasing department in the daily management of transport services and vehicle escort services.
Record freight negotiated with carriers in the SICETAC module.
Follow up on orders not dispatched for various reasons.
Who We're Looking For?
Technician or professional in logistics, administrative management, industrial processes, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in related positions.
Inventory management, costs, dispatch management, and personnel management.
Intermediate knowledge of office automation and Excel.

Buscamos un Supervisor de despachos, el candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en gestión de despachos, costos y manejo de personal.
El Supervisor de despachos, con sede en Bogotá (Colombia), será responsable de programar, controlar y entregar oportunamente los pedidos alistados de forma completa, cumpliendo las condiciones de entrega pactadas con el cliente en el ámbito nacional e internacional y siguiendo la estrategia de distribución de la empresa.
Principales responsabilidades
Gestionar eficientemente el despacho de los productos terminados.
Controlar la salida de producto terminado de acuerdo con lo autorizado por cartera y ventas.
Garantizar la salida de producto terminado en condiciones óptimas.
Apoyar al área de compras en la gestión diaria del servicio de transporte y los servicios de acompañamiento a vehículos (escoltas).
Registrar los fletes negociados con las transportadoras en el módulo sicetac.
Realizar seguimiento a pedidos no despachados por diferentes causales.
¿A quién estamos buscando?
Técnico o profesional en logística, gestión administrativa, procesos industriales o carreras relacionadas.
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en puestos relacionados.
Manejo de inventarios, costos, gestión de despachos y manejo de personal.
Conocimientos intermedios de ofimática y Excel.
