Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
The Order Management role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end order lifecycle by ensuring accurate communication, proactive issue identification, and cross-functional coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring open orders, analyzing reports, and supporting fulfillment and production teams with timely and accurate order information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all customer communications regarding open orders, ensuring timely, clear, and accurate updates
  • Review open orders to identify potential issues requiring customer communication, including:  late deliveries, part number changes, accessory requirements, and other discrepancies
  • Create and maintain reports to track top five customer sets and key order metrics
  • Assist in the review of backlog reports to support order fulfillment forecasting and delivery predictions
  • Assist in the review of shipment reports to identify and resolve any open actions remaining after delivery
  • Support the production team by responding to questions and inquiries related to open orders

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open orders simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis (Excel or similar tools preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and customer service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
