Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve deliveries to customer on time, quantity and quality required
- Manage customer-scheduling agreements and maintain customer releases updated in SAP
- Monitoring and maintenance in daily basis customer portals updated
- Keep continuosly customer communication
- Provide shipping plan
- Creation and monitoring spot sales orders
- Responsible for ASN activity, send, track and acceptance of them
- Responsible for samples shipments operation
- Responsible to maintain customer and supplier OTD according KPIs objectives
- Responsible to request production schedule adjustment in order to achieve customer requirements fluctuations
- Responsible to keep updated in daily basis the "Criticos" report
- Keep finish goods inventory level according company objectives
- Maintain customer contact list updated
- Managing of finish goods cycle counts with accuracy of 99.9%
- Manage customer packaging
- Responsible to supply raw materials tracking and checking the MRP runs evaluating right data
- Ensure suppliers assigned to his / her account do shipments on time according release
- Responsible of send release to suppliers in weekly basis needed to complete the production plan using SAP
- Daily tracking visual reorder (VRO) to detect deviations and give proposals to fix them focus on customer protection
- For local suppliers ensure suppler issue delivery notes or remissions with proper consecutive numbers or identificacion id
- Address and analyze premium freight situation before authorize using RFE format
- Update supplier list
- Responsible to track the cycle counts schedule assigned to ensure and accuracy of at least 99%
- Responsible for impo expo and logistics for raw material and finished goods
- Get form supplier all paperwork related for customs clearance
- Be main contact with brokers and forwarders to ensure all merchandise arrive on time at low cost possible
- Maintain update all records necessary for international trade guide lines compliance
- Billing documents validation regarding raw material transportation and broker services
Qualifications:
Degree in administration, international trade, industrial or engineering career
Customer knowledge (expectations, specifications, platforms, processes, etc.). Customer issues management (backlog, complaints, etc). Supplier issues management (backlog, complaints,etc.). Customer plataforms: GM FORD, (Stellantis). SAP Material Managment, SALES,ASN, Impor-Export, CTPAT,EDDL, Esupplier connect, Supply Power, EDI 830,862,857 Inventory managment, logistics principles.
