Title:
PlannerKBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
Analyse and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants and utilities availability.
Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules.
Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
8 + years of relevant field experience with an average of 12 years with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Professional Engineer
