Partner with cross functional teams to drive partner top door/concept growth through sell-through analysis, buy planning, assortment optimization, and in-season actions.

Job Description Details:
Develop future-season and in-season door plan based on marketplace capacity and communicate with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including account sales team, strategic partner, finance, MP, etc.
Collaborate with account sales team to deliver an aligned MFP plan through consumer code gates.
Parter with account sales team to plan and track GTN levers to drive top door growth and execution
Recap and analysis of performance include sales result vs plan, top door performance, branch level performance, resource investment efficiency etc.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in related field preferred
2 years+ working experience in retail planning role is preferred with strong logic thinking capabilities and comprehensive understanding of retail math
High learning agility. Demonstrated capability on quick read & react to the dynamic marketplace environment
Good team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners on all aspects of the business
