Responsibilities / Tasks
As a P&ID Designer, you will play a key role in translating engineering concepts into precise, standardized, and high‑quality P&IDs. You will support both strategic initiatives (standardization, modularization, best practices) and operational project delivery, working closely with Process Engineers and Drafting leads.
What You Will Do
Strategic & Team Contribution
- Act in alignment with local and global Process Engineering strategies, supporting mid‑ and long‑term business objectives.
- Promote standardization and modularization within Liquid Process Engineering.
- Contribute to the development of high‑level competencies in liquid process design.
- Support departmental development initiatives and foster a strong team‑engagement culture.
- Contribute to drafting standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical & Operational Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and comprehensive P&IDs using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Work under the supervision of senior / lead P&ID designers or draftspersons.
- Ensure drawings comply with established standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Review and validate completed drawings to ensure technical and quality compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Process Engineers to resolve drafting or design interpretation challenges.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain effective communication with the Process Engineering Manager, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments and project teams to gather and clarify technical information.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and challenges.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Higher vocational training in Drafting, Design, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a P&ID Designer / Draftsperson, preferably in industrial or process engineering environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D (or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of P&ID standards, symbols, instrumentation, and process flows.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

- Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
