Grade 4 Physiotherapist - Workforce & Innovations Lead
About the Role
Applications are invited from suitably qualified physiotherapists for a part time, fixed term Grade 4 position, leading workforce development and project management in the Physiotherapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational and strategic objectives for the Physiotherapy Department Workforce. This is a key operational role, supporting the Physiotherapy Department Manager. Responsibilities will include recruitment, staff supervision and development, informing workforce strategy and driving key initiatives to improve systems, expand services and enhance the day to day operations of the Physiotherapy Department. They will have responsibility for quality activities within the physiotherapy department, provide representation of St Vincent’s Health in areas of expertise and assist in other tasks as directed/delegated.

Must have, or be currently eligible for, National Physiotherapist Registration.
