Position Overview:
Acute Care General Surgery coverage for two hospitals located approximately 10 miles apart in South King County: Auburn Medical Center (AMC) is a Level 3 Trauma Center Covington Medical Center (CMC) is a community hospital
Details:
Schedule :188 daytime shifts per year, split between the two hospitals
Daytime shifts will be at one hospital at a time
10 Hour Day Shifts
61 nights (14 Hours) of at home call coverage per year
Call coverage will cover AMC fully and CMC by phone only
30 minute response time to AMC required for trauma activations
Minimal clinic responsibilities.
2 + years post residency is preferred.
DaVinci Xi robots may be available for acute care cases.
Ideal candidate must be comfortable operating on cases independently.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $516,200.00 - $516,200.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
