Position Overview:

Responsible for coordinating all tasks that ensure the successful onboarding of new clinicians. Works closely with onboarding, credentialing, site supervisors, IS teams, and other key departments. Supports the development of onboarding strategies and processes.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with medical foundation staff and physician leaders.
Communicates clearly and manages multiple demands calmly and efficiently.
Self-directed with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Description:

The person selected for this role must come on site for meetings, etc. and live in the Northern California Sutter Health footprint.

EDUCATION

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent education/experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

• 2-year recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.
• Customer service skills and organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, work at a high level of accuracy, work with timelines and problem solve in real time situations.
• General skills in computer applications and office equipment including MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay Range is $29.96 to $43.45 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
