Responsible for supporting and coordinating all activities that contribute to the successful recruitment of physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). This role manages the intake and processing of all incoming applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensures timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Working closely with physician recruiters, the position supports consistent applicant follow‑up and coordination of interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, arranging catering and restaurant reservations, preparing interview itineraries and packets, and maintaining interview schedules in Outlook. The role also prepares departmental recruitment reports, assists in developing recruitment philosophies, plans, strategies, and tactics that promote a successful clinician recruitment program, and performs additional duties as needed to support departmental goals.Job Description:

Pay Range is $34.46 to $49.97 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
